SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Your order will then be sent to our manufacturer to be made.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We ship using Royal Mail, and are subject to any issues with this postal service that are out of our control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Morena LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@morena.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS
We take pride in our product design and quality. And we want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase.
We accept returns on items in their original condition with tags attached (unworn, have no signs of wear or damage) for a full refund. You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to apply for a return request and send back the items to be eligible for a refund.
Please email us at hello@morena.uk with 'RETURN' in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for return. If the item(s) we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer the option of a full refund or an exchange. Please state your preference in your return e-mail.
The item that you are returning should not be worn or damaged and should be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging was damaged or you do not have it anymore, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that all items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are non-returnable.
